We are open as of today.
We were able to get parking lot across the street re-sealed yesterday. Cars need to stay off until Monday to allow the sealant proper curing time. Our neighbors have permitted us to use some parking under their buildings until Monday morning.
With favorable weather forecasted for next week our waterproofing project should move along nicely, and if all goes well the contractors may be moving on to the 4-5 stack within the next two weeks.

Elevators have been running a whole day today with new parts without issue and were used a lot getting FSA throughout the building re-installing carpet padding in approximately 20 units, as well as putting units back together as they were prior to the storm. They should be finished today, or tomorrow at the latest.
We are still planning on the lot across the street being re-sealed tomorrow unless contractor calls it off due to weather. We have made arrangements for parking under our neighbors to the north and south of us until Monday am. Parking passes will be required.

Elevator technicians have gotten both cars running and tested. We have operation once again. We are on schedule for accepting guests Saturday September 29th.
FSA will be in the building today re-laying carpets with new padding that was removed post storm.
Watkins will be working on the eastside of the building on the waterproofing project beginning on the North Side of the building moving South. There will be interruption of balcony use as they work in areas.
Weather permitting, we have scheduled the lot across the street to be re-sealed on Friday the 28th. This will have no cars on the lot until Monday October 1st.

Last night the re-built drives arrived, and the techs began to re-install. Today they will be tested in hopes that all is good. We will post that information as soon as this afternoon.
FSA was here to remove the last of their equipment with the only thing remaining is the re-install of carpet padding in various units.
Watkins started pressure washing the eastside of the building to begin the waterproofing project.
