I’m originally from Tabor City, NC. Though I’ve lived a few other places, Southeastern North Carolina is the place I call home. And living so close to the border with South Carolina, I’ve spent many years working, and playing, in the Myrtle Beach area.

How did I get into real estate, you ask? In 2016, I was working in a very high pressure sales job and I hated it. So I quit. No job lined up, just a vague plan that I was going to spend my time doing something I actually enjoyed.

I’ve always loved looking at houses, mostly fixer uppers, and trying to imagine what was possible. So, I decided to go to real estate school. I’ve worked at this part time for a few years and finally jumped in full time in 2020, after selling another business venture.

Living and working here for most of my life, I’ve learned so much about the beach community, the seasonal fluctuations of tourists and traffic, and the most desirable areas to live if you’re retired, empty nesting, or still working and raising a family.
